Victoria Riverside is a development project in collaboration between Far East Development, a Hong Kong-listed developer, and the Manchester City Council.
It is the largest urban project in Manchester.
It spans an area of 155 hectares, equivalent to eight Victoria Parks.
Within a 15-minute walking radius, it provides direct access to Manchester’s central business district, Arndale Shopping Center, Chinese supermarkets, and Tesco.
It is only a 15-minute drive to the Etihad Stadium.
The project combines urban living with riverside parks.
Its proximity to the headquarters of major IT companies attracts the strongest tenant base.
It is expected to be completed in Q1 2025.
